Dear Parents,

We are approaching the end of the spring portion of our seasonal year and we want to thank you and your child(ren) for your participation and support. We also want to extend our best wishes to your teams for the upcoming tournaments. In conjunction with the season end, your team coach will send out player evaluations in the coming weeks. We are again asking you to participate in the evaluation process by completing an online competitive team coach evaluation. We are again using the Survey Monkey site to ensure participant confidentiality. Those who participated last season will note the questions have remained the same. The survey is a valuable tool for us to evaluate and affect positive change. If your team has had a coaching change, please evaluate the current coach.
