Competitive Summer 23
Winter 1 Training - Nov-Dec
This program will be run by Colorado United's Director of Goalkeeping Hayes Bell. This Training Block will look to continue to build on what was worked on during the Fall 2022 Season and to address areas of need that have been identified during the season from training and game environments.
Areas of Focus:
1. Dealing with High Balls
2. Distribution
3. 1v1 and 50/50 Situations
All three areas will also include the continuing refinement of our diving, footwork, and shot-stopping.
Program Start Date: November 28th, 2022
Program End Date: December 15th, 2022
Program Location: Littleton Highschool Turf Field, (199 E Littleton Blvd, Littleton)
(This is not LPS, this is the new turf field that is located next to the baseball stadium at Littleton Highschool)
Program Fee: $75
Training Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Training Times: 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM

Thursday:
2011 Boys: 5-6pm
2010 Girls: 6-7pm
2008/2009 Girls: 7-8pm

We’ll be continuing to build off the progress we have made during the Fall 2022 Season and Winter Block #1- keeping our skills sharp as we head into the Spring Season. During this Block of training we will be covering:
General Ball Handling
Dives (Low, Medium and High)
Crosses and Corners
