The Elite Player Program (EPP) program will continue the success of last year's program.  The EPP is for White and Blue teams within these age groups and is an integral program for the development of those players. It will continue to be different from any other program Colorado United has conducted before. This program is designed to improve the individual player through the 4 pillars.

Technical – In Isolation, Interference & With Decision Making/Problem Solving

Tactical – Game Understanding, Movements Off the Ball, Defending against and Overload

Physical – Aerobic & Anaerobic Systems, Acceleration/Deceleration, Change of Direction/Speed (ABC’s) ABC’s these will be incorporated into the 4 stations

Psychological – Awareness of Surroundings, Concentration, Commitment, Decision Making/Problem Solving

Players may move groups over the course of the training.  This may be done for several reasons including challenging them with older players, asking them to lead and raise the level of a particular group, allowing them to showcase their abilities and lead by example/be role models for groups.  Don’t be concerned about what group your child is in, the training will take care of challenging and improving the individual player.
