COLLEGE SHOWCASE PROGRAM

Developing Players For Life

Colorado United
College Showcase Program 2022-2023
Open to 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 Birth Year Players Boy & Girls

Objective

Colorado United is pleased to announce its newest platform, the College Showcase Program (CSP).  By providing an avenue for athletes who wish to pursue the opportunity of playing college soccer, the College Showcase Program will provide a more cost-effective and individualized opportunity to its top-level athletes.

Like ECNL and Developmental Academy, this new program will provide high-level players with additional opportunities to be seen by College Coaches. This new program will also provide players the opportunity to meet similar athletic and personal goals at a fraction of the cost of the other aforementioned programs, while maintaining a high level of coaching.  All players will continue to have full access to the College Fit Finder tool and schedule College Advisory meetings, as needed.

  • We seek to “develop players for life.” We strive to continually be stewards of the game while preparing players for challenges outside of soccer as well.
  • Realistic Expectations: Not every player is set up or has the skills to play at every level in soccer. Learning and understanding your role as an individual is key.
  • Learning Balance
    • Should I go to a school for soccer or should I go to a school for academics?
    • Should I go to college for both?
